I haven't thought of cucumber shake before until I've tried one at a cafe in Intramuros. It was so refreshing that when teh family had lunch a couple of days later, it was what I ordered as soon as I saw it on the menu.
Cucumber shake is just lovely. I already miss having one. I must try making one next time.
